• On navigation: essential technical data (IP, browser, language) handled by the hosting platform for security, without profiling.
• Through Vercel Web Analytics (only if you accept the "analytics" category in the cookie banner): anonymous aggregate counts of visits, countries, page views. No persistent cookies, no fingerprinting, no individual IP storage.
• If you email me, the data you send (name, message body, signature) is processed only to reply to you.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Anonymous traffic measurement to improve content — consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), revocable at any time via the cookie banner.
• Technical security of the site — legitimate interest of the controller (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Reply to email requests — pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

4. Processing method

Data is processed by electronic means. No automated decision-making, no individual profiling.

5. Retention period

Analytics data is stored in aggregate form. Email exchanges are retained as long as needed to handle the contact and in any case no longer than 24 months unless required by law.

6. Recipients and transfers

Hosted on Vercel Inc. (USA) under EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Vercel Web Analytics is operated by Vercel itself; no further third-party recipients.

7. Your rights

Under articles 15-22 GDPR you can request: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability. To exercise your rights write to simonetortorella1@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
